Bottle collectors happened across a fabulous cache of insulators while digging in August, GA recently.

Insulator Collectors Dudley Ellis and Jim Meyer managed to purchase many of the threadless and segmented threaded insulators that were uncovered.

Jim reports that in 1971 he personally dug two Lefferts hats about a block from the where this group of insulators was found last fall. But Jim says the two he dug were aqua in color, and not nearly as attractive as the colors in this group.
