Advertising through the Ages

Several months ago I ran across a previously undiscovered electrical
publication. I thought that, between the hours of library research spent by
either Elton Gish or myself, just about every known advertising journal had been
found. Wrong!
What I found was the August, 1922 issue of Electrical Record, Volume 32, No.
2. It contained some interesting ads for radio strain insulators and lightning
arrestors. I was aware that there was a cover story about this specialty
collection in the works for CJ, the timing couldn't have been better. I will let
the following ads speak for themselves.
