Howard Banks
became the third editor of Crown Jewels of the Wire magazine in
January 2003. He and his wife Linda have been married for 31
years. Linda works part-time as a nurse. Howard has retired from law enforcement. He held the rank of lieutenant and was the jail commander for Josephine County, Oregon. They have two grown-up children. David is attending Convergence School of Ministry in Fort Worth, Texas. Christa lives nearby with her husband, John Kobrzycki. They have a 18 month old son, Knowledge, and another baby on the way.
"My
goal as editor will be to continue the quality of this
publication. It will be a tough challenge, one I pledge to pursue
wholeheartedly. Pet projects will include supporting local,
regional and national insulator cub activities; and promoting the hobby
to children."
