Collector of the Month

"Regional Collectors", the Brattleboro (Vermont)
Museum and Art Center's first 1982 exhibition opened the museum for the season
on Friday, April 16, at 5 p.m. The diversity, quality and energy of
"Regional Collectors" would not have been possible without the
enthusiastic participation of some twenty area collectors, whose spirit is
perhaps best typified by Tommy Glembocki, a twelve year old from South Newfane,
Vermont, who actively collects and catalogues a collection of glass insulators
that numbers well over one hundred. In our pursuit of collections, we found no
other young collectors like Tommy. (Above information from BMAC flyer.)
Tommy Glembocki stands proudly beside his glass insulator
display at the BMAC.
