From Ed Milner:
The photos are of one that I found in Georgia recently. It was found on
an old house and was used to attach the telephone service drop to the
house. The old service drops were a twisted pair of wires. The wires
were untwisted at the house end and tied around the insulator. This is the
reason for the double groove. Just thought you might be interested.
The color is icy blue.
From Bill & Irma Conrad:
A new one for our collection. We traded for this beauty at the National
Meet in Indiana.
