Porcelain Insulator News

Robert Stahr (NIA #4186) reported a very unusual rack type insulator shown in his drawing at right. Robert said that only the bottom (shaded area) and the pin hole are glazed. There are no markings of any kind and the glaze is a mottled brown. I have not seen a rack type insulator with a standard pin hole.
